Variety, they say, is the spice of life. I love learning and exploring, and a variety of life experiences is what I've been seeking for as long as I can remember. In my wanderlust, I've walked the streets of some of the greatest cities in Europe, trekked the Inca trail to ancient Machu Picchu in Peru, and enjoyed live music in the bars of Havana. I've visited over 30 of our nation's National Parks. Along the way, I met my amazing wife in the Netherlands and married her in Yosemite National Park. I've lived in the breathtaking Pacific Northwest (where I was born), the Sonoran Desert in Arizona and now in North Texas. I've learned an incredible amount about the world and about myself, and met countless amazing people, many of whom I'm lucky to call my friends...
...and throughout it all, I've had a camera with me. I originally brought the camera along to have a record of where I'd been and what I'd seen, but the photography soon became more and more integral to my travel. It's a creative outlet that I find extremely rewarding, and I'm happy to share the images I make.
